County Councilman Keith Huck seeks reinstatement of health insurance benefits

PERRY COUNTY — Perry County Councilman Keith Huck of District 3 filed a lawsuit dated Jan. 18 against the Perry County Board of Commissioners seeking reinstatement of insurance benefits that the suit alleges wrongfully excluded him and his dependent family members from the county’s group health insurance plan. The suit further names County Commissioners Randy Cole, Randy Kleaving, and Rebecca Thorn as defendants in their official capacities as Commissioners.
