Cannelton matches up against Senators and Rock Creek

CANNELTON — Cannelton baseball to start their season will be playing at home for their opening games on Thursday and Saturday at home against West Washington and Rock Creek.

Cannelton plays West Washington at 4:30 p.m. and last year West Washington won 13-0. The Senators last year finished with a season record of 16-10 and 4-4 in the PLAC. Their offense finished with eight players hitting with a batting average of .300 or higher. Pitching for the Senators included the team having three player strike out over 40 batters (Clark Nance, Tate Timberlake and Ian Rosenbaum).
