  • Wilson – Gengelbach

    Jenna Wilson and Kevin Gengelbach were united in marriage during an evening ceremony at the Discovery Lodge in Burdette Park in Evansville Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013.

    The bride is the daughter of Lin and Teri Staples of St. Wendel. Mr. Gengelbach is the son of Lee and Libby Gengelbach of Tell City.
    The bride was given in marriage by her father and her son, Miles Wilson in the double-ring ceremony officiated by the Rev. Andy Payton.

  • Tyler Edward Etienne

    Adam and Nicole Etienne of Louisville, Ky., announce the birth of their son, Tyler Edward Etienne, Friday, May 10, 2013, at Suburban Hospital in Louisville.
    The infant weighed 9 pounds, 1 ounce and was 201/2 inches long.
    Mrs. Etienne is the former Nicole Meiman. Tyler has one older brother, Alex, 3.
    Grandparents are Joe and Esnoe Meiman of Louisville and Fred and Nancy Etienne of Magnet.

  • Jayce Logan Terry

    Logan and Brittany Terry of Tell City announce the birth of their son, Jayce Logan Terry, Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville.
    The infant weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 inches long.
    Mrs. Terry is the former Brittany Persinger. Jayce has two older twin brothers, Noah and Landon Terry, 6.
    Grandparents are Patrick and Debbie Terry of Tell City, Kelly Terry of Tell City, Charlotte Persinger and John Waninger of Tell City and Rick and Barbara Persinger of St. Anthony.

  • Heidi Verna Wilson

    Wesley R. and Beverly M. Wilson of Tell City announce the birth of their daughter, Heidi Verna Wilson, Monday, June 3, 2013, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Tell City.
    The infant weighed 5.9 pounds and was 18 inches long.
    Mrs. Wilson is the former Beverly Harris. Heidi has three older siblings, Shelby G. Wilson, 13, Deacon W. Wilson, 8, and Bishop C.H. Wilson, 3.
    Grandparents are William Terry and Traci Harris of Tobinsport and Ronald and Paula Wilson of Rockport.

  • TC’s Music in the Park, movie night Saturday

    PERRY COUNTY – The Tell City Regional Arts Association will host Music in the Park Saturday. The event will begin at 6 p.m. in City Hall Park in Tell City. The band TunnelVision will perform from 6 to 8 p.m. and the movie will start in City Hall Park at dusk.

    TunnelVision is a contemporary Christian praise band from Owensboro, Ky.
