  • Heck – Bozarth

    Todd and Sarah Heck of Tell City and Chuck and Stacy Bozarth of Hawesville, Ky., announce the engagement of their children, Emily Grace Heck of Tell City and Tristan Lewis Bozarth of Hawesville. The couple will be married on Oct. 20, 2018, at 2 p.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church in Tell City. A reception will be held at Santa’s Lodge Celebration Room in Santa Claus.   • Kleaving – Durchholz

    Nancy and Ronnie Kleaving of Tell City and Joe and Joanie Durchholz of Evansville announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children, Nick Kleaving and Jessica Durchholz.

    Nick is a 2011 graduate of Tell City High School and 2015 University of Southern Indiana graduate with a degree in business administration and minor in marketing. He is a branch manager of One Main Financial in Evansville.

    Blake Bumm and Breanna Sanders of Cannelton wish to announce their engagement and approaching wedding. The ceremony will be held at Monkey Hollow Winery on Sept. 29, 2018, at 2:30 p.m. followed by a reception at Fulda Sportsmen Club.

    Breanna is the daughter of Tammy (Hedinger) Sturgeon and John Sanders, both of Troy. Breanna is a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is employed as an industrial nurse at ATTC Manufacturing.

    Barry and Earlena Poole of Hawesville, Ky., and Alan and Nancy Schroeder of Tell City announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children, Amanda Lee Poole and Alex Raymond Schroeder.

    Amanda is a 2006 graduate of Hancock County High School and is employed at Hancock Health in Lewisport, Ky. Alex is a 2009 graduate of Perry Central Jr.-Sr. High School, and a 2011 graduate from Vincennes University and is employed at the Perry County Highway Department.

  • Dauby – Palmer

    Michael and Cindy Dauby of Tell City wish to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Myra Dauby, to Christian Palmer, both of Santa Monica, Calif.

    Myra is the granddaughter of Mrs. Margaret Evrard and Mrs. Cleta Dauby, both of Tell City. Christian is the son of Bill and Sue Palmer of Stevenson Ranch, Calif.

    The private sunset wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday, Sept. 22, at Saddlerock Ranch, Malibu, Calif.

    Karen Sturgeon and Jonathan Dickson are happy to announce their wedding engagement.
    Ms. Sturgeon, of Tell City is the daughter of Mr. David Meredith formerly of Newtonville and the late Ms. Donna Meredith of Cannelton.
    Ms. Sturgeon is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in nursing at the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville.

    Joshua and Kristina (Fortwendel) Scott of Tell City are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Hannah Beth, to Benjamin Elliott Partridge, son of Matthew and Lisa Partridge of Eldorado, Ill.

    Hannah is the granddaughter of James and Sandra Calvert and Dale and Linda Embry of Hawesville, Ky, and Richard and Barbara Fortwendel of New Boston. Benjamin is the grandson of Dr. Elliott and Darla Partridge and Dewain and Carolyn Barrett, all of Eldorado, Ill.

    Stori Nicole Beard and Reese Michael Miller announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

    The future bride is the daughter of the Traci (Deom) Beard and granddaughter of Kenneth and Darla Deom of Tell City.

    She is a graduate of Tell City High School and earned her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University Southeast, New Albany. She is currently employed with the YMCA in Floyd County.

  • Carter-Harth

    Brittney Harth and Matt Carter of Cannelton wish to announce their engagement and approaching wedding.

    The ceremony will be held at the City Hall Gazebo on June 2, 2018, at 2:30 p.m. followed by a reception at the Schergens Center.

    The bride-elect’s parents are Jane (Terry) Schaefer and Dale Harth, all of Tell City. Brittney holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern Indiana and is employed at Perry Central Community Schools.

    The groom-elect’s parents are Mary and Maurice Carter of Cannelton.

    Formal invitations are being issued to family and friends for the ceremony to be held on June 16, 2018, at the Leopold Square at 3 p.m. Reception will follow at the Bristow Community Center at 5 p.m.
