  • Kamden Newton

    D.J. and Natasha Newton of Tell City announce the birth of their son, Kamden Edward Newton. He was born Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Kamden weighed 5 pounds, 1 ounce and was 18 inches long.

    Mrs. Newton is the former Natasha Kieser.

    Grandparents are Traci Newton of Tell City, and Kenny and Susie Kieser of Derby and the late Jim Newton.

  • Mandalyn McDaniel

    TELL CITY – Brandy N. McDaniel of Tell City announces the birth of her daughter, Mandalyn Grace McDaniel. Born on June 22, 2018, at Deaconess Womens Hospital in Evansville, Mandalyn weighed 5 pounds 7.3 ounces and was 17 inches long.

    She was welcomed home by her brother, Tristan McDaniel, age 7.

    Mandalyn’s grandparents are Brenda McDaniel of Tell City and Robert and Lisa McDaniel of Jasper. Her great-grandparents are George Parr Sr. and the late Rose Ann Parr of Tell City; and the late Mary McDaniel of Rockport.

  • Dawson Rogers

    PANAMA CITY, Fla. – Courtney McDaniel and Preston Rogers of Panama City, Fla., announce the birth of their son, Dawson Thomas-Cole Rogers. Born on June 22, 2018, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Tell City, Dawson weighed 6 pounds 12 ounces and was 19 ½ inches long.

    He was welcomed home by a sister, Kennedy Shay Rogers, age 2.

  • Jackson Brown

    Jason and Kelli Brown of Tell City announce the birth of their son, Jackson Wagner Brown. Jack was born at 5:35 p.m. June 20, 2018, at Deaconess Women’s Hospital in Newburgh. He weighed 6 pounds and 14 ounces and was 20 inches long.

    Maternal grandparents are Brenda and the late Earl Schwartz of Tell City. Paternal grandparents are Wendell and Rita Brown of Marysville.

  • Katelyn Rose Hoffherr

    BOONVILLE – Julie and Andy Hoffherr of Boonville announce the birth of their daughter, Katelyn Rose Hoffherr, on June 29, 2018, at 8:55 a.m., weighing 7 pounds 1 ounce and was 19 ¼ inches long. Katelyn was born at The Women’s Hospital.

    She was welcomed by her brother Ethan Hagedorn, age 2.

    Katelyn’s grandparents are John and Betty Hagedorn of Tell City and Stu and Carol Hoffherr of Evansville. Her surviving great-grandparent is Gilbert Kahre of Evansville.

  • Ansley Marie Phillips

    Katie Vaught and Justin Phillips of Falls of Rough, Ky., announce the birth of their daughter, Ansley Marie Phillips, on April 29, 2018. Ansley was born at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, Ky., weighing 6 pounds 8 ounces and was 18 ¾ inches long.

    Her older brother, Chandler Stiles, age 7, welcomed Ansley home.

    Ansley’s grandparents are Kathy and Jerry Vaught of Cannelton, and Pam and Kenny Phillips of McQuady, Ky.

  • Kenneth Randall-Charles Lain

     Kenneth Lain and Melissa Tanner of Cannelton would like to announce the birth of their son, Kenneth Randall-Charles Lain, born on June 4, 2018, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Tell City. He weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 inches long.

    Kenneth was welcomed home by siblings, Bryleigh Gieseke, age 8, and Alexzander Gieseke, age 6.

    Grandparents are Diana and Steve Sandage and Norman and Diane Lain, all of Cannelton and Tammy Tanner and the late Randall Tanner of Tell City.

  • Culbertson Twins

    Derek Keith Culbertson and Cassie Lynn Culbertson of Bristow announce the birth of their twin girls, Adelyn Grace and Brynley Nicole.

    They were delivered at 7:35 a.m. and 7:36 a.m. on April 6, 2018, at Jasper Memorial Hospital. Adelyn weighed 5 pounds 12 ounces and was 19 inches in length. Brynley weighed 5 pounds 11 ounces and was 18 inches in length.

    They have a big brother, Ryker Keith Culbertson.

    Maternal grandparents are Richard and Mary Cassidy of Tell City. Paternal grandparents are Keith and Cindy Culbertson of Bristow.

  • Kyler Eugene Nugent

    Tiffany and John Nugent Jr. are proud to announce the birth of their son, Kyler Eugene Nugent, born at 8:17 p.m. on April 8, 2018, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was 9 pounds, 3 ounces and was 22 inches long.

    Kyler’s grandparents are David and Diana Sabelhaus from Bristow and John Nugent Sr. and the late Shirley Nugent of Tell City.

    Great-grandparents are Richard and Noreida Paulin; Gertrude Sabelhaus and the late Raymond Sabelhaus; Rosella Wilson and the late Clarence Wilson; and the late Nancy Meserve.

  • Abel Leo Paul Turner

    Courtney Lawson and Jason Turner are proud to announce the birth of their son, Abel Leo Paul, born on March 23, 2018, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Tell City. He was seven pounds and five ounces, measuring 19 inches.

    Able is welcome home by siblings Alexis Turner, age 10; Brayden Lawson, 9, and Brynleigh Lawson, 5.

    Grandparents are Candy Cameron, Jeff Lawson, Carol  Turner and the late Paul Turner, all of Tell City.
