ENGLISH - Judge Lucy Goffinet will decide next month whether Kyle Kiplinger serves the rest of his life in prison or a fixed sentence of up to 65 years in prison for causing the death of Bobbi Jo Braunecker. Jurors who convicted Kiplinger Monday of murdering Bobbi Jo Braunecker in August 2006 deadlocked Tuesday on whether to recommend a life sentence for Kiplinger, who was convicted Monday of murder by a jury in Crawford County.
