Tires slashed on homeowner’s vehicle

CANNELTON – A structure fire early Friday lead to the arrest of Abby Feutz on Level 4 felony charges of arson. Cannelton Police and fire department were called to a home at 509 N. Seventh St. shortly after 1:30 when flames were reported.

According to an affidavit for probable cause filed by Cannelton Police at the county courthouse, Feutz reportedly slashed the tires on a 2016 Ford F-250 belonging to the homeowner and set fire to the house. Police said several witnesses reported conversations with Feutz that indicate she may have been the culprit behind the acts.
