EVANSVILLE—Mollie Arnold shot 51 for medalist honors as Tell City beat Bosse 227-267 in its girls golf season opener Monday.

Teammate Hannah Gray was right behind Arnold with 52.

Cloey Pledger shot 60 and Maggie Lamb 64 to complete the Marksmen’s scoring.

Macy Hammand led Bosse with 65.

“We scored very well for our first match,” said Tell City Coach Amber Wheatley. “The girls have pretty much picked up where they left off last year, and I hope to continue to see improvement.
