Huber champ in 300 hurdles race

EVANSVILLE—Andrew Huber won the 300-meter intermediate hurdles as Perry Central tied for sixth place in the 21-team Charlie Siesky Indiana-Kentucky Challenge boys track meet Saturday.
Host Harrison won with 139 points. Perry Central scored 38.5.
Huber took the 300 hurdles in 39.40 seconds, a meet record, and tied for sixth in the 110 high hurdles in 15.70.
He tied for fifth in the high jump at 6 feet.
Bryce Lain placed second in the 800 run in 1:59.60.
Aaron Pierrard placed third in the 1600 in 4:29.40 and eighth in the 3200 in 10:44.00.
