Trainmaster: No doubt he saw what he did

Managing Editor

TELL CITY – A railroad crossing signaling device at Troy was damaged by a truck driver, but the perpetrator was never located, Kevin Teague reported during a regular meeting Aug. 13 of the Perry County Port Authority Board of Directors.

“There’s no doubt he saw what he did, because he was still halfway through (a U-turn) when he did it,” the operations manager and trainmaster for that agency and the Hoosier Southern Railroad said. “And he just left the scene.”
