Volunteers sought over next three weeks

By The Staff

TELL CITY - "It is that time again. The wall is calling me," artist Emilie Young said of upcoming work sessions on Tell City's latest floodwall murals.  Below is a list of hours for the next three weeks, weather permitting.

She will  begin by finishing the panel depicting Ohio River flood before moving on to finish two other panels. "There will be plenty of opportunities for volunteers to come out and help.  If you know of anyone interested in volunteering, please have them e-mail me, and I will add them to my volunteer list," she said.

Work sessions hinge on weather. Damp, cool and overcast conditions aren't conducive for work, she said. Young can be reached by e-mail at ericemilie@bellsouth.net and will keep volunteers updated on her plans.
