Leopold to host euchre tournament
LEOPOLD – A euchre tournament will be held Saturday at the Leopold Conservation Club.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. with games beginning at 7.
The public is invited to attend.

K of C Lenten dinners
TELL CITY – Knights of Columbus will host their annual Lenten fish dinners every Friday beginning this Friday.
Serving will be from 5 to 8 p.m. at the K of C.

Relay for Life bake sale
TELL CITY – Old National’s Relay For Life team will have a bake sale Friday at the Main Street location.
Both Old National locations in Tell City are continuing to sell World Famous Chocolate candy bars to raise money for their team.

Stress management class in Jasper
JASPER – Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center will host “Stress … Prevention, Causes and Solutions,” a stress management class to help identify personal stress sources, explore stress prevention techniques and practice realistic solutions.
The next class will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. EST today in the Community Relations Classroom at the Memorial Southside Office, 1100 West 12th Avenue in Jasper. Cost is $5 and pre-registration is required.

Good Guys game feast Saturday
BOONVILLE – The sixth annual Good Guys game feast will be held Saturday at the Warrick County 4-H Center in Boonville. Doors will open at noon.
Cost is $25 for adults, $15 for children 15 years and younger and children six years and younger will get in for free.

Kiwanis pancake breakfast Saturday
TELL CITY – Tell City Kiwanis will host a pancake breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Evangelical United Church of Christ Fellowship Hall in Tell City.
Cost is $6 for adults, $5 for senior citizens and $4 for children 12 years and younger.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast will include pancakes and sausage. Proceeds will go toward scholarships for Cannelton, Perry Central and Tell City high schools, Ivy Tech Community College and Riley’s Children’s Hospital.
Tickets are available from any Kiwanis member or at the door.

Indiana raptors at Ferdinand Branch Library
FERDINAND – Discover the world of raptors at the Ferdinand Branch Library in Ferdinand at 4 p.m. EDT Tuesday.
Those attending will be able to view a live red-tailed hawk up close, see the tools the bird would use to hunt and survive in the wild, and hear stories of the bird in captivity.
Everyone is welcome to join and the program is free of charge.

PC Class of 1964 to meet March 1
TELL CITY – The Perry Central Class of 1964 will meet for lunch at noon March 1 at the Hoosier Heights Country Club in Tell City.

BRANCHVILLE – The Ohio Valley Tractor Association will hold a meeting at 7 p.m. today at the Branch-ville Conservation Club.

Group announces new meeting location
TELL CITY – The New Way to Live Narcotics Anonymous group will move meeting locations.
As of March 1, the group will meet at 7 p.m. at the Evangelical United Church of Christ, 802 10th St., in Tell City.
Members are asked to use the front door entrance and proceed to the basement.

PCHS Class of 1992 reunion plans
LEOPOLD – The Perry Central High School Class of 1992 will hold their 20-year reunion Sept. 22 at the Blue Heron Vineyard Farm, five miles east of Cannelton near Rocky Point. Social hour will begin at 6 p.m. and dinner will be served at 7.

Relay for Life butter braid fundraiser
TELL CITY – German American’s Relay for Life Team is collecting orders for butter braid pastries.
Cost is $12 each and flavors are apple, Bavarian crème, blueberry cream cheese, caramel rolls, cherry, cinnamon, cream cheese, raspberry and strawberry cream cheese.
Orders are due by March 12 and will be delivered fro-zen before Easter Sunday. Each braid pastry will serve approximately 10 people.

Pizza fundraiser to help PC Animal Shelter
TELL CITY – The Perry County Animal Shelter will have a fundraiser with the support of Chicago’s Pizza.
With a coupon, anyone ordering large pizzas Monday or Tuesday at Chicago’s Pizza can help the shelter. Chicago’s Pizza will donate $3 of every large pizza purchased to the Perry County Animal Shelter in recognition of World Spay Day.
Coupons are available at the shelter in Cannelton during regular hours from 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays or 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays or by e-mail request to Tiffany Reed at tiffanyreed13 @gmail.com.
Coupons will also be at Chicago’s during the event.

Sportsman to hold euchre tourney
FULDA – The Fulda Sportsman Club will host a euchre tourney Saturday at the club in Fulda.
Doors will open at 6 p.m., with play beginning at 7 p.m. Prizes will be awarded and refreshments will be provided.
The public is welcome to attend.

VNA Plus blood-pressure, blood-sugar screenings
TELL CITY – The Visiting Nurse Association Plus conducts blood-pressure and blood-sugar screenings each month at Twilight Towers.
The next screening will be from 9 to 10 a.m. today.

PCMH to offer screenings Tuesdays
TELL CITY – Perry County Memorial Hospital will conducts blood-pressure and blood-sugar screenings every Tuesday from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at Wal-Mart in Tell City.
The screenings are offered free of charge to the public.

Twilight Towers breakfast fundraiser March 10
TELL CITY – Twilight Towers will have a biscuits-and-gravy breakfast fund-raiser at 6 a.m. March 10 in the dining room.
A full order will be $2 and a half order will be $1. Coffee, milk and orange juice will be 50 cents each. Everyone is welcome to attend.

St. Patrick’s dance at VFW
TELL CITY – Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2939 dance hall will play host to a St. Patrick’s day dance from 7 to 11 p.m. March 17.
The Leo Gronquist Band will perform. Admission is $5 at the door. The public is invited to attend.
