CANNELTON – Students in Cannelton City Schools won’t have to worry about remembering to take money for school lunches this coming school year, thanks to a federal provision in the school meal program.

Each student enrolled in Cannelton Schools will be eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at no charge each day of the 2018-19 school year. This is a result of Cannelton schools meeting guidelines set by the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program’s community eligibility provision.
