CROTHERSVILLE—Cannelton’s baseball team found success in a variety of ways as it won three games in a row Saturday through Monday.
The Bulldogs beat Crothersville 2-1 in the first game of a doubleheader Saturday despite having no hits and drawing only two walks in seven innings.
They took advantage of two hit batsmen and two Crothersville errors, as both Cannelton runs were unearned.
Rafe Garrett was hit by a pitch twice and scored one of the runs. Ethan Melton scored the other one after walking.
