Author Bill Bartelt to speak at 2019 Lincoln Day Program

LINCOLN CITY – Notable Lincoln historian and author Bill Bartlet will be the featured speaker at the annual Lincoln Day program on Sunday, Feb. 10 at the Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial.  Bartelt is a former employee of Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial and is the author of “There I Grew Up”: Remembering Abraham Lincoln’s Indiana Youth. He will be speaking about his current research on the “Lincoln Inquiry” conducted by the Southwestern Indiana Historical Society to document Lincoln history in the 1920s. The program will begin at 2 p.m.
