Wolfpack’s 10-run 2nd conquers Commodores

LEOPOLD—Problems with pitching control and defense hurt Perry Central in a 17-8 PLAC baseball loss to Crawford County Thursday.
Perry Central outhit the Wolfpack 8-7.
But the Commodores committed nine errors, walked nine batters, threw five wild pitches, committed two balks, and saw two runners reach base on dropped third strikes.
The Wolfpack scored 10 runs in the third inning on five hits. Four walks, three errors and two wild pitches also contributed to that inning.
