Recently Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg intoned that it “would not take a large adjustment” for Americans readily to accept a Court decision to affirm the “right” to same-sex marriage.

“The change in people’s attitudes on that issue has been enormous,” she told interviewers with Bloomberg News.
