MITCHELL - Perry Central won only one individual event but used its depth to win the PLAC girls track title Friday for the 14th year in a row and 23rd time in the conference's 29-year history.
The Commodores scored 132 points, 31 more than runner-up Mitchell.
They competed without their top distance runner, Rachael Rayford, who was sidelined with a foot injury.
And top hurdler Jessica Huber, who usually competes in four events, had been sidelined 31?2 weeks with an injury and ran only one event.
