    Car collides with tree

    Spencer County Sheriff’s Deputy Jim Taggart investigated an accident June 20 on Indiana 66 near the intersection with County Road 550 E.

    Robert W. Foster, 54, of Tell City was westbound on Indiana 66 in a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix when his car collided with a downed tree in the road. No injuries were reported.

    She was taken to the Perry County Detention Center and held on a $1,505 bond.

    • Zachary C. Stevens, 30, of 2703 Hamlin Chapel, Beaver Dam, Ky., June 10 on a preliminary charge of theft.

    He was taken to Perry County Detention Center. Bail was set at $605.

    • Arch K. Boyle, 36, of 4140 Herrman Ave., Cannelton, May 29, on a warrant for failure to appear.

    He was taken to Perry County Detention Center but was released later the same day after posting $605 bail.
