TELL CITY – Tell City Junior-Senior High School hosted its annual honor program May 6. There were 137 students recognized at the program, which was held in the school auditorium. Principal Brad Ramsey welcomed students, parents and invited guests. Following the program, light refreshments were served in the Red Apple Inn.  

INDIANAPOLIS – Arika Kemp received a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering and a minor in math in May from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis.

She ended her undergraduate career with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.963 and graduated with highest distinction, which is recognized to be, at minimum, the top 3 percent of those graduating with Purdue engineering and technology degrees. She remained on the dean’s list with the highest honors all four years of her undergraduate career.

BLOOMINGTON – Aaron Ross Malone graduated from Indiana University May 4 with a bachelor’s degree in human biology with a concentration in human health and disease, minors in chemistry and psychology and a certificate in business foundations from the Kelley School of Business.

HAYS, Kan. – Izetta Dawn Davis-Roper was among the 1,096 students named to the deans’ honor roll by the deans of Fort Hays State University in Hays for the spring 2013 semester.
The list includes undergraduate students only. To be eligible, students must have enrolled in 12 or more credit hours and have a minimum grade-point average of 3.60 for the semester.
Full-time on-campus and virtual students are eligible. Davis-Roper is a senior majoring in general studies-general business.
