Volunteers from local schools were on hand Friday at the Tell City Wal-Mart collecting school supplies from gracious customers who donated to the annual United Way-sponsored Stuff the Bus Drive. By noon, several grocery carts full of notebooks, pencils, paper and just about any other classroom ware students will need during the school year had been gathered. The drive went on from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and resumed again at 8 a.m. Saturday morning and continued til 2 p.m. that afternoon. Above, volunteers Donna Shaw, Garnet Stowe and Kaylee Sanchez helped work a booth collecting goods and even some monetary donations.
