Father Micheas Langston, third from the left in the back row, is a monk of Saint Meinrad Archabbey who served for 45 years as a chaplain. His first assignment was in Vietnam. He celebrated Mass for soldiers but provided for the spiritual needs of all faiths. He also counseled soldiers. Father Micheas served in the county near the war’s end.
