  • Carver – Smith

    Sarah Carver Smith and Derek Smith were united in marriage during an evening ceremony Saturday, July 2, 2011, at Christ United Methodist Church in Georgetown.

    The bride is the daughter of Elmer and Gail Carver of Corydon. Mr. Smith is the son of Kerry and Susan Smith of Corydon.
    The bride was given away in marriage by her father in a double-ring ceremony officiated by the Rev. Sandy Cooper.
    Chrissy Tuchscherer was chosen as the matron of honor. Bridesmaid was Hannah Hammack and junior bridesmaid was Michelle Smith, sister of the groom.

  • Harth – Hall

    Danielle Leigh Harth and Charles Bradley Hall were united in marriage during an afternoon ceremony Saturday, June 11, 2011, at St. Pius Catholic Church in Troy.

    The bride is the daughter of Allen and Jeanne Harth of Evanston. Mr. Hall is the son of Charles Kevin and Gwen Hall of Derby.
    The bride was given away in marriage by her father in the double-ring ceremony officiated by the Rev. Barnabas Gillespie.

  • Litherland – Robbins

    Felicia Ann Litherland and Markus Elliot Robbins were united in marriage during a morning ceremony Friday, Aug. 26, 2011.

    The bride is the daughter of Carol and Jeff Pannett of Tell City. Mr. Robbins is the son of Shakin Robbins of Tell City and Renee Rogier of Grandview.
    The double-ring ceremony was held at the Perry County Courthouse in Tell City. Krystal Leigh Braun, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. The best man was Samuel Joseph Litherland, brother of the bride.

  • Gogel – Gerber

    Kelsie Gogel of Fulda and Cody Gerber of Elnora were united in marriage during an afternoon ceremony held Saturday, June 11, 2011, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Fulda.

    The bride is the daughter of Dan and Janet Gogel of Fulda and Santa Claus. Mr. Gerber is the son of Joe and Cindy Gerber of Clay City.
    The bride was given in marriage by her father during the double-ring ceremony officiated by Deacon James King.

  • LaGrange – Block

    Natalie LaGrange and Brian Block were united in marriage during an afternoon ceremony held Saturday, June 4, 2011, at City Hall Park in Tell City.

    The bride is the daughter of Clifford and Joani LaGrange of Leopold. Mr. Block is the son of Ed and DeAnna Block of Fort Branch.
    The bride was given in marriage by her father, Clifford LaGrange, in the double-ring ceremony officiated by Pastor John Heumann.

  • Wilson - Litherland

    Darlene G. (Hook) Wilson and Phil E. Litherland of Tell City were united in marriage, Saturday, June 11, 2011, at Evangelical United Church of Christ in Tell City.

    The bride is the daughter of the late William “Bill” Hook and Carrie Hook of Tell City. Mr. Litherland is the son of Jim and Jean Litherland of Tell City.
    The bride was given away by her mother, Carrie Hook, in the double-ring ceremony officiated by Pastor Eddie Fruehwald.

  • Williams – Duke

    Samantha Rae Williams and Donnie Joe Duke were united in marriage during an afternoon ceremony Thursday, July 7, 2011, at 517 11th St., Tell City.

    The bride is the daughter of Randy and Dawn Williams of Tell City. Mr. Duke is the son of Don Duke of Tell City and the late Dorothy Duke.
    The bride was given away by her father in the double-ring ceremony officiated by Mayor Barbara Ewing.
    Angelica King of Tell City, sister of the bride, was chosen as maid of honor. The bride’s daughter, Kianna Williams of Tell City, was the flower girl.

  • Ward – Lassaline

    Mendy Ward and Erik Lassaline were united in marriage during an afternoon garden ceremony Saturday, June 25, 2011, at 28 Luzern Lane, Tell City.

    The bride is the daughter of David and Pat Reed of Cannelton. Mr. Lassaline is the son of Craig and Margaret Lassaline of Tell City.
    The bride was given away by her children, Seth and Haley Ward, in the double-ring ceremony officiated by Judge Lucy Goffinet.
    Haley Ward of Tell City, the bride’s daughter, was chosen as maid of honor.

  • Gray – Corn

    Rebecca Gray and David Corn were united in marriage during an afternoon ceremony Saturday, July 16, 2011, held at the Tell City United Methodist Church.

    The bride is the daughter of Doris McKa of Sparkman, Ark. Mr. Corn is the son of Debbie and Steve Neyhouse and Larry and Debra Corn, all of Tell City.
    The bride was given away by Herb Fortune, the groom’s grandfather, in the double-ring ceremony officiated by Pastor Andy Payton.

  • Cummings – Aders

    Rachel Lynn Cummings of Doolittle Mills and Kyle Lee Aders of Bristow were united in marriage during a private ceremony May 20, 2011.

    The bride is the daughter of Tim Cummings of Doolittle Mills and Tammy Jochem of Dale.
    Mr. Aders is the son of Tracy Aders of Bristow and Pheadra Fowler of Petersburg.
    The new Mr. and Mrs. Kyle Aders will reside in Eckerty.
    The bride is a 2009 graduate of Perry Central High School. She works at Indiana Furniture in Jasper.
