    The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dean and Melissa Groves of Tell City. The future groom is the son of Tom and Debbie McCart and Grant and Gayle Taylor, all of Tell City.

  • Sabelhaus-Nugent

    Tiffany Sabelhaus and John Nugent Jr., both of Cannelton, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding May 20.

    The ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Cannelton. A reception will immediately follow at the Schergens Center in Tell City.

    The bride-to-be’s parents are David and Diana Sabelhaus of Bristow. The future groom’s parents are John Nugent Sr. of Cannelton and the late Shirley Nugent.

    Kelsey A. Gudorf and Cody A. Englert, both of Jasper, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Jasper.

    The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Louise Gudorf of Jasper. The future groom is the son of Keith Englert of Dale and Lynn Daverin of Leopold.

    Gudorf graduated from Jasper High School in 2012 and from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville in 2016. She is employed as a dental hygienist at The Smile Center in Huntingburg.

    The parents of Sara Williams and Joey Foster of Mt. Vernon, Ill., announce the couple’s engagement and upcoming marriage.

    The bride-to-be’s is the daughter of Diann and Ronnie Williams of Tell City. The future groom is the son of Toni and Bob Foster of Herrin, Ill.

    Williams graduated from Tell City High School in 2003.

    She is also a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College with an associate degree in early childhood education.

    Gary and Bertha Armes, of Hardinsburg, Ky., announce the engagement of their daughter, Molly Armes Houtchen, to Gordon Lee Powers, both of Tell City.

    Powers is the son of Charles and Carolyn Powers of Tell City.

    Houtchen is a graduate of Frederick Fraize High School in Cloverport, Ky. She played both basketball and softball. She is employed in customer service at Wal-Mart in Tell City. Powers is a graduate of Tell City High School. He is employed as a line worker at Waupaca Foundry in Tell City.

    Rocky and Sheila Kleeman of Troy announce the engagement of their daughter, Kaci Kleeman to Troy Copeland of Bowling Green, Ky.

    Kleeman is a 2012 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a 2013 graduate of Austin Peay State University with a Master of Science degree in health and human performance. She has been a health coach for three years.

    The bride-to-be graduated from Leo Junior-Senior High School in 2010. She also graduated from Ball State University in 2014 with a degree in education. She is employed as a special education teacher at Dekalb Central School district in Waterloo.

    The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Tell City High School and attended Henderson Community College and Chamberlain College of Nursing earning a bachelor of science for nursing. She is employed with American Mobile Travel Nursing.

    The bride-to-be is the daughter of Penny and Bill James of rural Cannelton and the late Curt Aders.

    She is a 1996 graduate of Perry Central High School and is employed independently as a Thirty-One consultant.

    The future groom is the son of Jane Parker of rural Tell City and the late Charles Parker Sr. He is a 1990 graduate of Perry Central High School and is employed with the Can-Clay Corp.
