    Kimberly J. Spieth and Jeremy W. Yackle, both of Corydon, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

    The bride-elect is the daughter of Ray and Jo Ann Saylor of Depauw and David Spieth of High Point, N.C. She is a 2004 graduate of Corydon Central High School and a 2008 graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in recreation.
    She is the marketing and communications director at YMCA of Harrison County in Corydon.

  • Ziegelgruber – Magee

    Kate Ziegelgruber and Bill Magee of Houston, Texas, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

    The bride-elect is the daughter of Bernie and Cathy Bower of Tell City and the late Pat Ziegelgruber. She has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from DePauw University; a master’s degree in geology from Ohio State University and a PhD in geology from Rice University. She is a doctoral student at Rice University.

  • Somers – Peter

    Jordan McKenzie Somers and Chad Stephen Peter of Tell City announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
    The bride-elect is the daughter of David and Toni England and David and Cindy Somers all of Portland. She is a 2008 graduate of Jay County High School and attended Vincennes University. She works as a cashier at Rally’s.
    Mr. Peter is the son of Steve and Jenny Peter of Tell City. He is a 2008 graduate of Perry Central High School and is a 2010 graduate of Vincennes University. He works in the floater-door department at Masterbrand Cabinets.

  • Macaraig – Basinger

    Sherryll Macaraig of Queens, N.Y., and Mike Basinger of Boonville announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

    The bride-elect is the daughter of Arsenio and Dorie Macaraid of Batangas City, Philippines. She is a graduate of Batangas National High School and of the University of Batangas. She is employed by Trump Apartments in Manhattan, N.Y.

  • Dauby – Meyer

    Nancy Dauby of Indianapolis and Heath Meyer of Westfield announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

    The bride-elect is the daughter of Don and Carol Dauby of Tell City. She is a graduate of Tell City High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in education with a minor in Technology, and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Southern Indiana. She is a healthcare career advisor for St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

  • Kleemann – Buckler

    Mrs. James Kleemann of Tell City announces the engagement and approaching marriage of her daughter, Natalie Kleemann of Fishers to Richard Buckler of Fishers, son of William Buckler and Karen Buckler, both of Siberia.

    The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Jim Kleemann. She is a 2000 graduate of Tell City High School and a 2004 graduate of Indiana University School of Nursing.
    She works as a registered nurse for Community Health Network Hospitals in Indianapolis.

    The bride-elect is the daughter of Keith and Betsy Wilkinson of Richland. She is a graduate of Heritage Hills and Indiana University, and works as the executive director of the Spencer County Visitors Bureau.
    Mr. Brockman is the son of Jeff and Lisa Brockman of Santa Claus. He is a graduate of Heritage Hills and the University of Southern Indiana, and works as an instructional assistant at Ferdinand Elementary.

  • Genet – Vaal

    The bride-elect is the daughter of Gary and Sue Genet of Bristow. She is a 2001 graduate of Perry Central High School and is currently attending Vincennes University Jasper Campus, studying business management with an expected graduation date in 2012.

    The wedding is planned for 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, 2011, at Tell Street Baptist Church.
    A reception will follow at the church.
    The couple will reside in Columbus after the wedding.
