TCJSHS to host talent show
TELL CITY – The Tell City Junior-Senior High  School will host a talent show at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the high-school auditorium.

TELL CITY – One of Santa’s own elves will visit the Perry County Public Library – Tell City branch at 1 p.m. Friday to present “Indiana Reindeer Reserve.”
Jingle John, the little elf, will share secrets of life in the workshop at the reindeer barn, bringing along many winter animals and stories to share during the holiday season.
Everyone is invited to attend the program and encouraged to arrive early for preferred seating.
The program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

TELL CITY – The News staff has again been asked to gather letters to Santa Claus. Good boys and girls can send their letters for publication in our annual Holiday Greetings section, to be published this year Dec. 20 — just in time for Santa to read them as he’s checking what’s in his sleigh.
Letters can be dropped off at The News’ office at 537 Main St. or sent via e-mail to editor@perrycountynews.com. Students in area schools have been asked to write letters.

SANTA CLAUS – The Santa Claus Land of Lights Family Christmas Light Adventure, opens for the fourth season Thanksgiving night, today.
Located inside Lake Rudolph Campground and RV Resort, this custom outdoor light show tells the Shining Story of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer in bright, energy-efficient LED lights.
The Santa Claus Land of Lights is the only light show in North America that tells a story in lights and storyboards. At 1.2 miles long, it is also one of the largest holiday light shows in North America.
