ROME – The Rome Dogwood Festival will begin at 11 a.m. Sunday, April 27, at the old courthouse in Rome.
Dinners of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, bread, slaw, a homemade dessert and tea or lemonade will be available.
A concession stand will also serve hamburgers, cheese-burgers, barbecue and sodas. The country store will have pies, cakes, bread, cookies and canned goods for sale.
