• Clyde and Eula Smith

    Clyde and Eula Smith of Tell City will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Friday, Nov. 19 with a family dinner.
    Mr. Smith married the former Eula Malone Nov. 19, 1950, at Evangelical United Church of Christ in Tell City.
    The couple have two children, Mary Lock and her husband, Raymond, of Tell City and Becky Yadack and her husband, Steve, of Ow-ensboro, Ky.
    They also have three grandchildren, Ray Lock, Rachel Fortwendel and her husband, Joey, and Melissa Evans and her husband, Jer-emy, and two great-grandchildren, Ben Fortwendel and Ethan Evans.

  • Arcene and Ramona Foerster

    Arcene and Ramona Foerster of Evanston will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010.
    Mr. Foerster and the former Ramona Talbott were married Oct. 23, 1960, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Evanston.
    They are the parents of four children, Darryl Foerster, Debra Sendelweck, Angela Claiborne and Becky Boehm. The couple also has six grandchildren, Molly Foerster, Nicole and Lucas Sendelweck, Amanda Claiborne and Lee and Heather Boehm.

    Roy and Jeanette Ward of Tell City will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010.
    Mr. Ward and the former Jeanette Broyles were married Oct. 16, 1960, at Immanuel Baptist Church in Paducah, Ky.
    The couple have three children, David and Charles Ward of Tell City and Lori Dials of Frankfort, Ky. They have two grandchildren, Joshua and Seth Ward.
    Mr. Ward retired from Willamette Industries in 2001.

  • Marvin and Norma Rogier

    Marvin and Norma Jean Rogier of Tell City will celebrate their 50th wedding an-niversary, Friday, Sept. 17, 2010.
    Mr. Rogier married the former Norma Solbrig Sept. 17, 1960, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Leopold. The Rev. Raymond Moll of-ficiated.
    The couple has two children, Greg Rogier of Tell City and Marty Rogier of Leopold. They also have five grandchildren, Zachary, Ab-by, Trent and Troy Rogier and the late Amber Rogier.
    Mr. Rogier is a retired boilermaker and Mrs. Rogier is retired from the county auditor’s office.
