PERRY COUNTY - Identification cards that will be accepted by poll workers Tuesday, according to County Clerk Jean Schulthise, are those prescribed by state law and some others.
The Indiana Code chapter on elections defines acceptable proof of identification as documents that:
- Show the name of the individual to whom the document was issued, and conforms to the individual's voter registration record
- Show a photograph of the individual to whom the document was issued.
