Company plans to defend itself against charges
GREEN BAY, Wis. - Foundry employees have filed a class-action lawsuit in Wisconsin against ThyssenKrupp Waupaca for back wages allegedly owed to foundry workers, including those employed in Perry County.
The class-action lawsuit was filed June 4 in federal court in Green Bay, which is close to Thyssen-Krupp Waupaca's headquarters.
The lawsuit seeks to represent employees at all ThyssenKrupp Waupaca locations in Wisconsin, Indiana and Tennessee.
