TELL CITY - Late receipt of materials has delayed the completion of construction at Tell City High School, leaving some still in progress as students were to start classes Wednesday, Schools Superintendent Ron Etienne reported at a regular school-board meeting the day before.
"We ran into a problem with delivery of materials," he explained. "We got a shipment of doors in this afternoon that were scheduled to be delivered two weeks ago. Classroom doors are yet to be shipped."
He knew lockers wouldn't be shipped until the end of this month, he said.
