Woman crashes van in Cannelton, again

CANNELTON - Two Thursdays, two demolished minivans, one driver. Police said a 30-year-old woman injured Thursday when her speeding van clipped a semi and overturned multiple times on Indiana 237 was the same driver who overturned another vehicle a week earlier, less than a mile way.

Misty Parr, of 638 St. Louis Ave, Cannelton, struck a curb and utility pole Jan. 3 along Indiana 66 and rolled her 1996 Chrysler Town and Country, police said. Parr walked away from that crash, which officers said occurred when she momentarily looked away from the road.
