TELL CITY – Winners of the Schweizer Fest Window Display contest have been announced.
Trophies were presented to Chris Cail and William Tell Antiques for most unique; John Hauenstein and Hauenstein’s for most nostalgic and Jessi Sprinkle and Eco Friendly Consignment for most elaborate.
“Thank you to all who participated,” said Dot Kessner of Kessner Interiors, who sponsors the contest every year. “I know it takes a lot of time, effort and research to make the window display. They bring back many memories and are enjoyed by all.”
Kessner Interiors’ window display featured, “Kessner’s hand-made under garments for mi lady,” items made by the grandmother and great-grandmother of Dorothy Kessner dating back to 1898.
