Winners named in 23rd annual writing contest

PERRY COUNTY – Ivan Bland IV, a junior at Perry Central High School, and Jordan Kemp, a sixth grade student at Chrisney Elementary, were selected as first place winners in the 23rd Annual Writing Contest sponsored by Southern Hills Counseling Center and the Friends of Southern Hills.
