TELL CITY - Students at William Tell Elementary will participate in Jump Rope For Heart Tuesday as a community service project. Students will jump rope to raise funds for the American Heart Association, which funds cardiovascular disease research and public and professional education programs, while learning about building a heart-healthy lifestyle.

Jump Rope For Heart is co-sponsored by the American Heart Association and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance. Money raised by the event will go to fund potentially lifesaving research and educational and community programs. The school asks the community to help students during this fundraiser.
