William Tell Elementary kindergarten through sixth grade student supply list

Pencils and pencil bags will be available at the back-to-school cookout from 5 to 7 p.m. today

TELL CITY – Students of William Tell Elementary will need to have the following supplies for the 2014-15 school year.

• Kindergarten: washable markers, white glue,play-dough, 2 lg. pink pearl erasers, 2 family size boxes of tissues, 4 pack dry erase markers, box Crayola crayons 24 count, 1-inch binder with clear plastic cover, box of resealable bags-quart; Girls bring, box of Resealable bags-gallon, Boys bring, Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer.

• First grade:1-inch hard cover 3-ring binder, 1 package yellow highlighters, 8 glue sticks, water bottle-optional, 1 small personal pencil sharpener, 1 family size boxes of tissues, 1 pair pointed Fiskar’s scissors, zipper bag, box of sandwich resealable bags, 4 lg. pink pearl erasers, 24 pencils yellow No. 2 sharpened, 4 boxes of Crayola crayons, 24 count (three boxes for school and 1 box at home for doing homework) and 8 black Expo dry erase markers.

• Second grade: 1 package yellow highlighters, scissors (pointed), three folders of their choice, three glue sticks, 2 red pens, Lysol wipes, 1 package yellow post-it notes, 2 family size boxes of tissue, 1 package of loose wide ruled paper, 2 boxes Crayola crayons (24 count), zipper bag (William Tell or bank type), 2 pkgs. Expo fine tip dry erase markers, 24 pencils (yellow no.2) sharpened, 1 single subject notebook (wire bound; 70-100 pgs.), *(excluding Sermersheim and James classrooms), 2 pink pearl erasers or 1 package of pencil top erasers. No pencil boxes or Trapper Keepers.

• 3 grade: Crayola crayons (24 count) , composition notebook, 2 yellow highlighters, box of resealable bags-sandwich, 2 family size boxes of Tissue, 8 2-pocket folders with three hole punch, 24 pencils (yellow No.2) sharpened, zipper bag, 2 pkgs. Expo wide tip dry erase markers, 2 lg. pink pearl erasers, Elmer’s glue, notebook paper, scissors, ruler and Lysol wipes.

• 4th grade:1 7-pocket expanding file folder, 2 family size boxes of tissue, 1 package loose leaf paper, 2 yellow highlighters, 1 inch 3-ring binder, 1 package dry erase markers, zipper bag, Lysol wipes, 2 lg. pink erasers, 1 package glue sticks scissors, 1 package of 24 pencils, 2 pens of each color: red, blue and black, 1 composition notebook, 1 package 3x5 index cards with card holder, 2 pkgs. colored pencils and 1 personal size pencil sharpener.

• Fifth grade: 2 glue sticks or glue bottle, colored pencils, 4 highlighters, Lysol wipes, 1 package of red pens , scissors (pointed/sharp), 1 package Expo erase markers, 2 family size boxes of Tissue, three folders with prongs, 24 pencils (yellow No. 2) sharpened, box of resealable bags-gallon or quart, 2 pkgs. wide ruled loose leaf paper and dividers, 2 1-inch three ring binder, 4 composition notebooks (wide ruled and 100 sheets) and zipper bag

Tell City Junior- Senior High School seventh, eighth grade supply lists
TELL CITY – Seventh grade students are asked to have the following supplies for the first day of school, Tuesday, Aug. 12:

• 100 3x5 index cards, 20 pre-sharpened pencils, 1 red & 1 black ink pen, colored pencils or box of crayons, 1 yellow hi-lighter, 2 composition notebooks, basic calculator, 6 pocket folders, 1 ½  inch  durable binder-1 inch durable binder; 2 packages page dividers ( 6 per pkg.), 2 packages college-ruled loose-leaf paper, 5 college-ruled notebooks (one of them small), 1 roll self-dispensing tape, 2 boxes of tissues.

On the first day of school, the above supplies will be used in the following classes listed below.

Some of the items will be shared among more than one class, i.e., colored pencils or crayons will be used in both Ms. Richardson’s and Mrs. Weyer’s class, but only one box needs to be purchased.

Mrs. Goffinet – language arts: folder, 1 ½ inch durable binder, 1 pkg. page dividers (six per package);  1 package college-ruled loose-leaf paper; 100 3x5 index cards.
