What blizzard? County on edge of winter storm’s path

PERRY COUNTY – It wasn’t much, but it was snow. A Christmas-night winter storm delivered the first measurable snowfall of the season across parts of Perry County Tuesday and Wednesday but blizzard-like conditions that paralyzed some areas of the state remained to the county’s north and west.
