Volleyball sectional draws made

INDIANAPOLIS—Volleyball sectional pairings drawn by the IHSAA Monday have co-favorites Tell City and Perry Central on course to meet in the semifinals of the Forest Park Class 2A sectional.
That seven-team sectional will open Tuesday with Mater Dei facing Forest Park at 6 p.m. (all times listed are Perry County times).
Perry Central, 22-6 and ranked 15th in the state, will face South Spencer Thursday, Oct. 18, at 5:30 p.m. That will be followed by Tell City, 25-3 and ranked sixth in the state, versus Southridge at approximately 7 p.m.
