United Way offers free workshop

TELL CITY – Before funding a program or making a donation, grant makers, donors and the public want to know the results. They may ask about impact or the objectives of a nonprofit’s programs. United Way of Perry County is offering a free workshop for local nonprofits to delve into outcomes measurement in more detail in order to learn how to increase funding. “Measuring Outcomes and Increasing Funding: Beyond the Basics” will be presented Aug. 30 by June Miller, director of the Indiana NonProfit Resource Network at Fifth Third Bank Community Room in Tell City.
