Tell City Mayor Barbara Ewing swore in Josh Shively, left, and Jim Alexander as new reserve officers for the Tell City Police Department. Shively has already completed a 40-hour prebasic program and will begin field orientation soon with Patrolman Bryce Hammack. Alexander should complete his prebasic program in January.
