BRISTOW – The Twin Lakes 4-H Club held their first meeting of the year Jan. 19 at Lance Elmer’s home. The meeting was called to order at 2 p.m., pledges were recited and enrollment forms submitted.
Election of officers was held with the following results: president, Marissa Kress; vice president, Amber Lindauer; secretary, Matthew Schlachter; treasurer, Autumn Sitzman; song leaders, Katelyn Davis and Maria Hubert; health and safety leader, Aaron Mullis; recreation leaders, Travis Brown and Alana Schepers; devotion leader, J.D. Davis and news reporter, Sarah Schlachter.
Refreshments were served by the Kress family and meeting was adjourned. The next meeting is set for 2 p.m. Sunday at the home of Dave Sitzman, 4810 Creek Road in Bristow. The hosts will be in charge of the refreshments.
