TELL CITY – The monthly meeting of the Twilight Towers tenant council came to order March 21 with President Joyce Richardt leading the meeting.
March birthdays were Hazel Jennings, Sue Bullock, Vivian DuPont, Mary Dickman, Bryant Bolin, Katey Cummins, Harold Hess, William Hawhee and Denny Stephens.
The annual yard and bake sale has been set for May 5 in the dining room at Twilight Towers. A quilt will be raffled off. A biscuits-and-gravy breakfast will be served beginning at 6 a.m. A full order will be $2 and a half order will be $1. Coffee, milk and orange juice will be available for 50 cents each.
Volunteer residents will sell quilt-raffle tickets at Noble’s IGA April 13 and 14. Tickets are $1 each or six for $5. Contact the Twilight Towers office to buy tickets at other times.
A monthly carry in for residents only will be held at 5 p.m. April 13.
