PERRY COUNTY - Team Extreme Dream, Brad Koiman and Kacey Struckman, won $3,750 in cash and prizes in the Campbell's Outdoor Challenge turkey hunt held April 21-23 in Perry County. Eleven teams using only bows and arrows took part in the challenge of filming hunts.

Seven birds were taken during the three days. Teams gathered April 19 for a lottery to determine what sites they would hunt. Local landowners offered use of their property and the Perry County Convention and Visitors Bureau offered prize money for landowners. Koiman and Sruckman were just one of two teams to bag two turkeys this year with the quality of their videos giving them an edge. Team Rack Attack of Jeremy and Heather Huntley finished in second place with their two birds and filmed hunts.

Dean Scott and Mark Scroggins of Team Fever took third place.

Local supporters of the challenge include the CVB, Thomas Glass and More, Jay Johnson of the local National Wild Turkey Federation chapter, who scored birds, Robert Skinner and family of Hunt Club Services, Perry County 4-H Fairgrounds, German American Bank and local landowners.
