PERRY COUNTY – Official trick-or-treating times have been set in Tell City, Cannelton and Troy.
In Tell City, ghouls and goblins, superheroes and villains can go door-to-door from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31. Cannelton’s hours Halloween night are 5 to 7 p.m. while Troy’s haunting hours are 4 to 6 p.m. Oct. 31.
