Company proposes storage units, office buildings
TELL CITY - A pair of unfavorable recommendations by the Tell City Advisory Plan Commission further reduce chances a Ferdinand company will be allowed to build storage buildings on Tell Street near the Tell City-Perry County Public Library.
The two votes came April 10 as representatives of Progressive Investment Co. sought to have five acres owned by Adam Ramsey rezoned for residential use and to vacate unimproved portions of 25th and 26th streets north of Tell Street.
