TELL CITY – The Tell City Junior-Senior High School student council will sponsor the 2012 homecoming activities Friday.
The ceremony will take place between the junior-varsity and varsity basketball games; the J.V. game starts at 5:30 p.m.
Sarah Goffinet is the daughter of Chris and Darla Goffinet. She had been a member of Key Club - currently the president, pep club, cross country and track for four years. She is the National Honor Society presidents and has been a member for two years.
She has also been a member of Spanish club and student council. She plans to attend the University of Southern Indiana to major in visual arts and communication design and be a member of the track and cross-country teams.
Jordan Heck is the son of Susan Heck and Michael Heck. He has been a member of student council, baseball, Spanish club and pep club for four years. He has also participated in National Honor Society for two years and basketball for three years.
Heck plans to major in political science and play baseball at a yet-to-be-determined institution. He then plans to attend law school.
Kyra Howe is the daughter of Stephanie Harrison. She has been a member of Spanish and pep clubs for three years, drama club for two years and Renaissance Student Steering Committee for one year. She plans to major in criminal justice at Indiana University.
Hunter Greubel is the son of Gary and Cathy Greubel. He has participated in Marksman Robotics program for two years and is also active in his church’s youth group. Greubel plans to enter the U.S. Navy as a master at arms upon graduating.
Rachel Woznicki is the daughter of Kim and Rich Woznicki. She has participated in basketball, student council, drama club and Key club for four years. She has played tennis and been a part of Spanish club for the past three years, been a member of the Student Steering Committee and National Honor Society for two years and participated in cross-country for one year.
She plans to attend Purdue University to major in mechanical engineering in the fall.
Chris Kohnert is the son of Bob and Julie Kohnert. He had participated in basketball and pep club for four years, tennis for three years and Renaissance and Student Steering Committee for one year. He is undecided on his college plans, but would like to play basketball and major in sports management.
Hana Reed is the daughter of Tim and Debbie Reed. She has participated in Spanish club, pep club, student council, softball, volleyball and diving for four years. She has also been a class officer for three years, been a member of National Honor Society for two years and been on the swim team for two years. She plans to attend Indiana University.
Darian Allen is the son of Amy and Darrel Riley and Eddie Allen. He has been a four-year member of the cross-country and track teams as well as pep and Spanish clubs.
He is currently a member of the student council. He intends to major in exercise science at Indiana University.
Junior representatives are Charissa Lahee, daughter of Jeff and Christine Lahee, and Lorenzo Brigato, son of Patrizia and Fabio Brigato (Bill and Wendy Alvey).
Sophomore representatives are Emily Olberding, daughter of Jim and Theresa Olberding and Grant Sand-ers, son of Greg and Brandi Sanders.
Freshman representatives are Theresa Hantschel, daughter of Peter and Iris Hantschel (Angela Simpson) and Luke Thomas, son of Tony and Julie Thomas.
Crown carriers are Ava Kreilein, daughter of Bob and Stacy Kreilein, and Carter Fleck, son of Kurt and Stacy Fleck.
