Tell City nips Raiders 47-46

HUNTINGBURG - Andy Chinn hit a three-point shot with 11 seconds left to give Tell City a 47-46 PAC boys basketball victory over Southridge Friday.

Tell City built a 12-point lead, 37-25, with 1:22 left in the third quarter after Joseph Kohnert scored five consecutive points on a baseline drive and free throw and a nice spin move inside.

But less than 5 1/2 minutes later, that lead was gone.

T.J. Reese scored seven consecutive points on two rebound baskets and a three-pointer from the wing to put the Raiders ahead 41-40 with 3:54 left.
