Tell City to face No. 3 Austin in regional

FERDINAND - Austin, Tell City' s opponent in the Forest Park Class 2A girls basketball regional Saturday at 11:40 a.m., plays a similar style to Mater Dei, whom Tell City beat for the sectional title last Saturday.

So said Tell City Coach John Lyons after watching videotapes of Austin Monday.

" They play a lot like Mater Dei," said Lyons. " They like to get up and down the floor.

" They like to drive and kick it out, and they have two real good three-point shooters. And on defense they like to get out in your face."
