TELL CITY—After several years of having multiple players 6-foot-4 or taller, Tell City’s boys basketball team has no one that tall on this year’s roster.
In fact the Marksmen will start a three-guard, two-forward lineup with no one taller than 6-foot-2, as they have no true center.
But Coach John Hayes said they will be quicker than last year’s team. “We have pretty good quickness.”
He plans to use that asset in half-court traps to “try to be disruptive as possible.”
