Teen substance-abuse workshops scheduled

TELL CITY - Dr. George R. Ross will present several free workshops about teenage substance abuse in February for the public and specialized groups.

Beginning Feb. 10, Ross will hold a workshop for recovering addicts called "Tips on Recovery: Understanding the Change Process" from 4 to 6 p.m. Feb. 10 at Agape Community Church, 101 Taylor St., Cannelton.

From 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m. Feb. 11 and 12, he will talk to the public about teenage substance abuse at the Schergens Center in Tell City.
